Hamburg School Board passes budget with no tax increase

On June 25, Hamburg Area school directors voted 6-0 to approve a $41,823,812 spending plan for the 2018-19 school year with no increase in property taxes.

The tax rate will remain at 26.96 mills. A property assessed at $100,000 will cost the owner $2,696.
