Mason Wang and Evan Wang combined for 59 points to lead Hood past Albright 86-71 in an MAC Commonwealth men’s basketball game Saturday at Bollman Center.
Mason Wang scored 39 points and Evan Wang had 20 for the Blazers (3-0, 6-2).
Sidney Brown had 16 points and four steals for the Lions (0-3, 2-5), who dropped their fourth straight. Zyon Grant had 15 points, Jordan Guerrero had 10 points and 11 rebounds and Eric Chamberlain and Sean Miller each had four assists.
Women
Albright 60, Hood 57: At Bollman Center, Amina Rauf tied her career high with 22 points as the Lions (2-1, 6-3) won their third straight by beating the Blazers (1-2, 4-4) in an MAC Commonwealth game.
Brady Wassel had 14 points and 11 rebounds for Albright, Maggie O’Hare had 14 points, six rebounds and three blocked shots and Gabby Boggs had 14 rebounds and seven blocks.
Tiffany Manning scored 27 for Hood.
