In a recent CNN interview, Hillary Clinton stated: “Sadly, so many of those extremists, those MAGA extremists, take their marching orders from Donald Trump, who has no credibility left by any measure,” and “maybe there needs to be a formal deprogramming of the cult members.” These are ironic words from an arrogant, self-proclaimed defender of democracy. So, how is deprogramming to be accomplished, through gulags emblematic of North Korea and the former Soviet Union?
Apparently, I must be deprogrammed for believing that:
• Defunding the police and establishing cashless bail increases crime
• Our southern border is not closed, which incentivizes human and drug trafficking
• Foreign terrorist cells have entered and are waiting to strike here
• Decades of American cultural decay promoted by academia under the guise of diversity, equity and inclusion has produced blatant antisemitism
• One is born with either the XX or XY chromosome, forever
• Investigating a person, like Trump, in search of a crime, instead of the other way around is persecution, not prosecution
• Silencing opposing political viewpoints by labeling them disinformation is hardly democratic
I initially thought Clinton’s words were just angry rhetoric from the perpetual sore loser of the 2016 election, but it is more than that. It’s about fundamentally transforming America by those who hate our country.
The former president is the current target, but all conservatives are the ultimate target. Woke progressivism is the real existential threat, not MAGA Republicans.
