A new single-lane roundabout opened overnight May 21 at the intersection of US 222/Kutztown Road and PA 662/Moselem Springs Road in Richmond Township.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation noted that the new traffic patterns were originally scheduled for May 17, but were postponed until May 21 due to inclement weather.
