Temporary contractor threw Trump mail-in ballots in county trash, Pa. officials say

Luzerne County Manager C. David Pedri said that a temporary independent contractor who was assigned to sort mail at the elections bureau “incorrectly discarded into the office trash UMOVA ballots.”
