Annual RiverFest Food and Music Festival Returns to Jim Dietrich Park

Get ready for an unforgettable weekend at the annual RiverFest, a vibrant food and music festival along the Schuylkill River at Jim Dietrich Park in Muhlenberg Township. This three-day extravaganza kicks off on Friday, Aug. 23, and runs through Sunday, Aug. 25, promising an exciting blend of music, food, and artisan crafts.

Event schedule:

Friday, Aug. 23: The festivities begin around the farmhouse only from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Saturday, Aug. 24: The trail opens for vendors and the public at 11 a.m., with activities continuing until 10 p.m..

Sunday, Aug. 25: The fun resumes at 11 a.m. and wraps up at 7 p.m.

Event highlights:

Music: Enjoy 20 musical acts on two stages, featuring a variety of genres to keep everyone entertained.

Food: Savor delicious offerings from 30 food vendors, providing a wide range of culinary delights.

Artisans and crafters: Explore the creations of numerous artisans and crafters, including a mesmerizing chainsaw sculptor.

While we love pets, we highly discourage bringing your pet to the festival. Conditions are not comfortable for pets for several reasons including large crowds, heat, lack of water, and no bathroom areas for pets.
