Feb. 10:

A 4- to 5-mile hike from Warwick County Park will start at 10 a.m. from 191 County Park Road, Pottstown. Bring spikes if needed. Take-out-only lunch from St Peter’s Bakery at the Inn at St Peter’s Village. Questions, call Donna 484-797-4324.

Feb. 12:

Presentation of Pennsylvania German ice harvesting, Dreibelbis Farm Historical Society, 356 Hard Hill Road, Richmond Township, 2 p.m. It will include a demonstration of antique ice harvesting tools and (weather permitting) cutting and harvesting ice blocks from the ice pond. We’ll explain how ice was hauled to and loaded in the ice house. We’ll offer horse-drawn sleigh or wagon rides for a small fee. A bonfire, soup and hot chocolate will be available, and the farm grounds and nature trail will be open to the public. Feb. 13:

Strausstown Community Campus, 50 East Ave., Strausstown, Strausstown Fire Company breakfast, 7:30-11:30 a.m. A full breakfast menu will be available. Proceeds benefit the apparatus fund.

Lebanon Crops Compliance Conference, 9 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., Lebanon Expo Center. An opportunity to obtain recertification credits including nutrient management, manure hauling, fumigation, core, and category credits, is being offered by Penn State Extension. Leesport Area Historical Society, 308 Main St., Leesport, 7 p.m., business meeting followed by show and tell of a historical item. Meeting held at Bethany EC Church. Park in rear of church.

March 5:

Spring Valley Boutique, Spring Valley Church of God, 2727 Old Pricetown Road, Muhlenberg Township, 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Most items are free and may include clothing for men, women and children, shoes, handbags and jewelry.

March 7:

Italian hoagie sale, Pioneer Grange, 46 E Keller St., Topton. Deadline to order is Feb 27. Cost: $5. Pickup March 7 from 3-5 p.m. at the Grange hall. To order, call Tammy at 610-463-7213.
