District Attorney rules trooper-involved shooting justified

On March 28, on the parking lot of the Walmart located along Mill Creek Road in Lower Macungie Township, Lehigh County, Trooper Brian Bird of the Pennsylvania State Police, Troop M, Bethlehem, Fogelsville Station, discharged his service weapon nine times and mortally wounded Aaron Ibrahem, age 26, of Mertztown, Berks County, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
